By booking you agree to all policy terms and conditions. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of services booked. A $15 late fee will apply to arrivals more than 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. This fee may only be waived with prior communication and approval. Without prior notice, appointments will be cancelled after a 5-minute grace period. Please note that I do not work over existing sets done by other nail technicians. For quality and safety reasons, all services must be performed on a new set applied by me.
