By booking you agree to all policy terms and conditions. A $15 late fee will apply to arrivals more than 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Without prior notice, appointments will be cancelled after a 5-minute grace period. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 5-minute grace period is allowed; after that, the appointment will be canceled. Payment: A card must be on file to secure your booking; although payment is due in CASH. Non-standard hours: Please note that any appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours, specifically the hours of 5am, 6am, and 7pm, will incur an additional charge of $25, which will be added to the total service cost. Appointments starting from 7am-6pm will not incur this charge. Cancellations/Rescheduling: A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, your card will be charged 50% of the total service cost. Foreign Sets: I do not work on or remove foreign sets, including gel manicures, regular polish, or extensions of any kind. Please arrive with clean, bare nails. Removal of Previous Set: If a removal of a previous set is needed, you must book the appropriate services. Non-Compliance: If you arrive with a foreign set or fail to adhere to my policies, I will kindly ask you to reschedule, and a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion. Please be respectful at all times. Health Considerations: If you are unwell, experiencing symptoms, or have been in close contact with someone who is sick, please reschedule or cancel your appointment. If I suspect you may be ill, I will kindly ask you to leave to prevent the spread of illness. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued once a service has been rendered.
